All Blue lights vehicle pack?

Hi,


Trying to find an all Blue lights vehicle pack for a FiveM server that is Non-ELS due to the fact that ELS for FiveM right now is really buggy... Also, there needs to be templates with the pack as well cause our community will have custom skins haven't found any good ones yet.. let me know by replying below.

Please help.
